We are all being told from time to time about things that damage your health and can turn your life into Hell. So what the heck about bad habits? Can we know anything new?
Many people mention only drinking or only drug abuse when they are asked about bad habits. However, people don't tell you about "being-lazy-addiction" or a sugar addiction. These two might ruin your life the same way that drugs do because sugar could be considered as some of scientists claim it to be.
The most exciting hypothesis about sugar abuse is the one that we are all addicted to it since our childhood. I don't know if it's true but it sounds like it is. I am here not to list all of 'hidden addictions'. I just want you to make a conclusion like the following one.
This only means that you should watch what you do and contemplate about your whole lifestyle from time to time. Even some nerve habit can totally change the way you think and make a decision. We are our habits. Of course, drinking and using drug is dangerous but there are not only these two things you shouldn't do to be mentally and physically healthy.

What do you consider as a 'bad habit'?
