Should We Call Into Question New Understanding of Culture? [B2]

The disputes never stop - do we deserve to follow trends of new age artists? Is it an art at all? What is culture, by the way? This question my story teacher used to ask me back in 2009 and I never knew what to answer. Any definition that I learned by heart and told her afterwards never worked. She used to say that it is the most difficult word to give it a definition. The culture is what used to be understood as things uniting a group or groups of people. Now I suppose it’s the best words that can describe it. 

Person nowadays start to come to some debatable realization that he/she is a god and can create initial codes of this reality using habitual tools from the environment. There’s a whole culture of it. I won’t put you the name of it but you can meet the traits in every pop-artist song, Kanye West, for example. There are opponents to this opinion, of course. We’ve got so many mixed cultures in today’s reality that it becomes difficult to find the direction that all human beings follow as a one organism. Crypto-anarchists, freaks, libertarians and many many other words to indicate some group of people (that ranges from 2 people to million people groups) following particular patterns in behavior, style of clothes, feeds of bloggers etc. It might be that even a one person can start a new culture, furthermore, he/she can start a religion! You can believe Just register it in the countries that have a 

So the question I put here in the first paragraph is of no need to be answered. There’s no old pattern understanding of a culture that we had in previous times. In a modern world we are not so restricted from being what we want to be and what we are already. Traditional cultures have been washed out by new trends in social webs. Maybe this movement shouldn’t be considered as a loss. Balance is already here - people must save the best things and feel free to create anything that will benefit the whole humanity.
