Due to our modern Internet and fast information exchange we can watch loads of talented people's works: songs, books, photos, illustrations etc. I found this guy's work accidentally looking for something in Instagram.

Seems like my post have a provocative name. Or it sounds a bit silly if you try to pronounce it. However, there are loads of peepz everywhere who like just to copy other author's, photographer's, designer's, you name it, works. They steal photos and memes, samples, melodies and voices, pictures, comics, please somebody stop me, you name it, etc. Here is the example of how I see a proper use of other person artworks should be performed. The illustrator gave me a permission to use his pics. Just check them out after reading (18+ maybe):

Answering the question in the title I should first and foremost say that there mustn't be any answer. If you take other person's content just for free, just because you think you can, you have a disastrous mentality. You just mirror someone and can't be satisfied of positive results of showing those stealed materials. From this point there's no sense but it is not all. By doing this many people can't realize what impact they produce to others, how they destroy creators in human beings (including themselves)  just by consuming their materials (how deep it was?:). However, there are loads of ways to escape problems with parasites on the Internet. Nowadays it is easy to defend your artworks - just post them first.
